How long will it take to receive my products-

Because all of our products are handmade there is a 2-10 days processing time and then takes 3-6 days to get to you. When your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number. Once we ship out your order we are no longer in control of it! If you picked the drop off section there is still a 3-7 days processing time and your product will be dropped off in that time period. Pre orders have a 1-3 week processing time so keep that in mind when ordering!

Damaged product-

Please email us at madebylele1@gmail.com if your product came damaged or something is not right within 2 days after you get your order.

what if my package is lost/I put the wrong address-

We our not responsible for any lost packages. If you put the wrong address and we have not shipped it out yet please email us. If we already shipped it and it gets returned to us please email us and there will be a $5 fee to ship it back.

Costumer returns-

We do not accept returns and we have a no refund/cancellation policy.  Each piece is handmade so once you order I start making it!

what material is the jewelry made out of?-

18k gold plated over stainless steel,14k gold plated over brass, and 18k gold filled!

Jewelry care-

To keep your jewelry lasting long do not shower or come in contact with your jewels, chemicals, and remove before sleeping.
